You can delete your NeoShoDo account and everything stored against it at any time. It takes a few seconds and does not require contacting us.
This is the fastest route, and it deletes everything immediately.
You only need to do this once, on any one of them — the account is shared, so deleting it anywhere deletes it everywhere.
Email support@spaikz.com from the address you signed in with, asking us to delete your account. We will confirm when it is done.
If you signed in with Apple and used Hide My Email, send it from that relay address, or include the contact address you entered in the app so we can identify the account.
If you want to start the letters over without losing your account, you can clear your progress on its own. This permanently deletes every mastered letter and character from our servers, for every script, and leaves your account, settings and any purchased packs alone.
Not currently available on the web app — use the phone or tablet app, or email support@spaikz.com and we will clear it for you. Deleting the whole account, above, is available everywhere.
Deleting your account removes, immediately and permanently:
Your handwriting itself was never stored. Tracing is scored on your device, and only the identifier of a completed letter is ever sent — never the strokes you drew.
Two things outlive the deletion. Both are listed here rather than buried.

Separately, and outside our control: Google Play keeps its own record of any transaction, as the seller. Apple does the same for purchases made on iPhone or iPad. Requests about those go to Google or Apple, not to us.
